Synconext approached us to help them with digital marketing and in particular to improve brand recall. After studying their business and the audience, we zeroed in on email marketing as the first low hanging fruit.
While we created content and set up their email marketing, we also began work with them on devising a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with understanding who their audience and buyers are. For this, we conducted multiple sessions and workshops with their sales teams, to identify different types of buyers, profile them and dig deeper into each type to ultimately create buyer personas.
