Vineet Sharma, who is the founder of Fabdiz, an interior design firm, was on the lookout for vendors to help him create a new website. The business used to be known by the name In-Built Concepts.
When they decided to rebrand themselves, the client realized they needed a modern responsive website. We worked with the client to understand who their target audience was, how they made their purchase decisions and we built the information architecture of the website accordingly.
The design and the copy of the website were crafted with the end-user in mind in the language they understand. It also preemptively answered the most frequently asked questions during the sales process in an effort to drive qualified leads to the business through the inquiry forms.
With the website going live, the client saw an increase in traffic and the generation of leads from a channel they had never utilized before.
